Peaceful Mind
A peaceful mind will be like a clear water stream without any waves. Our ancestors and people who lived just a few decades before us had a better average life time than us. This average life time of a human is slowly getting reduced year by year. This is because today people live in the midst of noise and pollution. Humans are busy with their day-to-day activities and live a robotic life which finally ends up in stress. Stress relief is an important factor in order to get a peaceful mind. When a person has mental peace then his thoughts will be active, innovative and independent.
Removal of stress has become a million dollar activity these days. Tension, anxiety, expectation are some of the reason which makes a persons mind in a stressed state. Tremendous growth in technology and science causes decline in peaceful life oriented with nature. The world which we see today is a materialistic one.
To overcome Stress people should have a disciplined and healthy life style. A day should be perfectly planned. The work we do for a day should be prioritized and high priority tasks should be executed at the earliest.
People should have a good sense of humor. Whenever you encounter an issue, learn the lessons from that issue and also enjoy the lighter side of it. Early to bed and early to rise should be practiced. Attention should be paid towards Exercises, Walking, Yoga, Meditation etc. Concentrating on activities like music, dance, songs, drawing or painting will help us in stress relief.
Disciplined life, good food habits, Exercises, Self Control of the mind will set a way for the good, healthy and peaceful mind.
