Brain Drain

It is also known as Human Capital Flight since there is emigration of human asset with Technical of Professional Skill. This can be due to lack of opportunity in the home county, political instability, conflict or due to health risks. Since there is movement of Financial Capital it is also known as Capital Flight. Brain drain is generally common in developing countries since the individual demands more income than provided in his home country. By giving right opportunities for the experts, this brain drain can be avoided.
